Charles has been a proud member of the Sacramento Region real estate community for 28 years. Born in the foothills of Alameda County, he was educated in Palo Alto and at the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 1987, he purchased his present home in the stunning foothills of El Dorado, where he lives with his immediate family.

After discovering his passion and interest for all things about real estate, Charles received his California Salesperson’s license in 1991 and has been continuously involved in the tri-county realty market ever since. Many of his original associates are still working with him today in the close-knit Realtor community, enjoying a respect and deep friendship that has developed over decades - and hundreds of mutual transactions - that have benefited countless RE/MAX Gold clients.

Charles has accumulated experience in residential, commercial, rehabs, subdivisions and leasing of distinctive properties.
